From listing to your front door
01
Book your delivery
Add the pickup, drop-off and item size. Adding Guard? Enter the seller's details and agreed item price, then review your inspection checklist.
02
A verified Aerrander picks it up
Your verified Aerrander collects the item and heads your way. On Guard orders, they check your checklist and send photos and video before pickup.
03
Approve the inspection with Guard
With Guard, review the photos and video and approve or decline before pickup. If you decline, the item price comes straight back to you. The Guard fee covers the inspection, and a portion of the delivery fee pays your Aerrander for their time.
04
Delivered to your door
Your Aerrander delivers the item the same day. Confirm it has arrived in the app. If you added Guard, the seller gets paid once it is delivered.
