Common questions
Can Aerrand pick up any Kijiji listing?
If the item fits in a car or small van and the seller is in Windsor, yes. Book the pickup with the listing URL and seller address and we handle the rest.
What if the Kijiji seller cancels or is a no-show?
On Guard orders, the seller confirms the pickup before we match your Aerrander. If the seller cancels or the item is unavailable, check the order in the app or contact support for the next step.
How does escrow work for Kijiji purchases?
Add Guard when booking your delivery. Your item payment is held securely while your Aerrander inspects the item. You approve before pickup, and the seller gets paid once it is delivered.
Is Aerrand cheaper than driving myself?
Factor in your time, gas, and the risk of the item not being what was advertised, Aerrand is often the better value, especially for larger or higher-ticket items.
