How Aerrand works
Every delivery is picked up and dropped off by a verified Aerrander. Add Aerrand Guard when you're buying from someone you don't know, and we'll inspect the item and secure your payment until it arrives. Here's every step.
Book your delivery
Enter the pickup and drop-off, choose your item size and describe what you're moving. Adding Guard? Add the seller's contact and the price you agreed. Our AI suggests an inspection checklist for your item, and you can edit it or write your own.
Your payment is secured
With GuardYour payment is held securely and released to the seller once your item is delivered.
The seller confirms
With GuardWe send the seller the item details and price. They verify their ID, accept the pickup and choose how they'd like to be paid. Then we find your Aerrander.
A verified Aerrander is matched
We match you with a nearby verified Aerrander. See their profile and rating, track them live and chat with them in the app.
Your Aerrander arrives at the pickup
Without Guard, they collect the item and head your way. With Guard, the inspection starts here.
Inspection and photos
With GuardYour Aerrander works through your checklist point by point, photographing and filming each one, and sends it all to you in the app before picking it up.
You approve or decline
With GuardReview the photos and video in the app. Approve, and your Aerrander picks it up. Not what you expected? Decline, and the item price comes straight back to you. The Guard fee covers the inspection itself, and a portion of the delivery fee goes to your Aerrander for their time.
Delivered to your door
Your Aerrander brings it to your door the same day. Confirm it's arrived in the app, and if you added Guard, the seller gets paid.
