From listing to your front door
01
Book your delivery
Add the pickup, drop-off and item size. Adding Guard? Enter the seller's details and agreed item price, then review your inspection checklist.
02
A verified Aerrander picks it up
Your verified Aerrander collects the item and heads your way. On Guard orders, they check your checklist and send photos and video before pickup.
03

Karrot has great deals. It also has real risks.
Karrot connects you with sellers in your neighbourhood, but getting the item still means arranging a meetup. Aerrand handles that last step so you never have to.
No stranger meetups
Your verified Aerrander handles the pickup and brings it to your door. You never have to meet the buyer or seller.
Add inspection with Guard
Choose Guard to have your Aerrander check your item against your checklist and send photos and video before pickup. You decide whether it moves.
Add escrow with Guard
When you add Guard, your payment is secured and released to the seller once the item is delivered.
Same-day delivery
Book a pickup and have the item at your door the same day in a vehicle that fits.
